Manage your feeds by grouping them into folders. As a quick example:
- Click on the feed you'd like to organize from the "Subscriptions" pane in Google reader.
- Once the feed displays on the right, take notice of a drop down tab "Feed Settings"
- Click the feed settings tab and choose "New Folder"
- Type in a name for your new folder and select "ok"
- Your feed has now been added to that folder
