When you order or pay for services with a credit card number, this information is stored only temporarily in our ordering system. After your order process is complete the information is deleted and is not retained by Revision Technology. If you enter the order online no Revision Technology personnel ever possess your credit card or PayPal information as you provide this directly to our third party processor -- Authorize.net or PayPal depending on your payment selection. If you provide us with your billing information by fax or verbally the only location in which we store this number is our financial billing system and this system is protected by various layers of security protocols, with authorized personnel only able to view this information. If an online order takes you to the website or payment processing center of an affiliate, Revision Technology no longer controls the storage of credit card information and therefore this policy is not applicable.

Refund and Return Policy
Web Traffic Campaigns
Web Traffic campaigns can be refunded for any reason, as long as the campaign has been running for less than 24hours. The refund amount will be based on the amount of traffic already delivered. To request a refund, simply forward the email you received with your LoginID and Password, along with a note requesting a refund. You can also request a refund by logging into your account and choosing refund request from the drop down list. Mark your request urgent with your UserID and Password in the notes.
Non-refundable Items
The following payments are not refundable
- Payments made for Webmaster Services
- Payments made for Software Development
Contracts can be broken and Webmaster agreements can be cancelled, but any monies paid to Revision Technology for these services are non-refundable.
Cancellations
A "Cancellation" occurs when Customer, Supplier or Authorize.net voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. Authorize.net will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion. Authorize.net will not assess nor collect a Transaction Fee from Supplier. After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be processed as set forth below.
Returns
A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from Authorize.net ("Return"). Supplier shall accept Returns of products and agree to provide Refunds through Authorize.net for Customers who initiate a Return or a Bank Assisted Dispute, as defined below, that Authorize.net has approved either with Authorize.net, the entity whose brand appears on the Card ("Card Association"), the Card issuing bank, or the depository bank (in the case of electronic check payment).
Refunds
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement ("Refund"). Authorize.net accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer. Authorize.net may issue a Refund without the prior knowledge or consent of Supplier in any case Authorize.net deems it appropriate. Authorize.net will promptly notify Supplier of any Refund and provide Supplier with information regarding the basis for Authorize.net's determination to issue the refund.
Supplier's Account will be debited by Authorize.net in an appropriate amount for all Refunds, regardless of the basis for the Refund.
In the event of a Return or Refund, Supplier agrees to indemnify and hold Authorize.net harmless from liability and, further, Supplier agrees to immediately pay Authorize.net an amount equal to all funds Authorize.net has paid to Customer on behalf of Supplier.
