Our gold support provides 10 hours of support that can be used at any time over the course of your 3 month subscription. Each of our clients have a dedicated technician who works with them to meet their needs and requirements.
Gold Support Terms
Please take note of these terms while you are evaluating this support option for your website:
- Valid for any Domain - Any Domain will be supported with this subscription
- Client Support - On server support for your clients
- All 10 Hours - Must be used while your subscription is active
- Unused Hours - Will not be carried forward
- Additional Hours - Are invoiced at $40/hr.
